Our bankruptcy practice is focused on representing individual consumers in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings under the Bankruptcy Code. We also represent creditors, such as homeowner and condominium associations and small businesses in bankruptcy proceedings. Robert Anderson and James Cueva have over 40 years of combined experience representing clients in civil and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. We have represented clients in personal injury matters, medical malpractice, wrongful death, maritime and admiralty claims, and disputes over intellectual property, including copyrights and trademarks. We have the experience to take your case from pre-suit investigation all the way through to a jury verdict, if necessary.

Labor & Employment

We represent employees and employers in wage and hour disputes and claims of unlawful discrimination, including claims arising under the ADA, ADEA, Civil Rights Act of 1964, FMLA and under applicable state and local laws. We have also drafted and negotiated employment agreements for executives, middle management, key employees and radio and television talent. We also represent individuals and employers in unemployment compensation hearings and appeals.

Real Estate
